Grant Application and Processing
Once you submit your application, we will process it within 7 days. Upon approval, reimbursement typically takes an additional 2-3 days, ensuring a swift and efficient support process.
At Family Future Plan, we offer specialized financial support to address different aspects of family needs. Each grant plan is designed to provide targeted assistance based on the specific goals and challenges faced by families.

Essential Grant
The Essential Grant provides foundational cash grants to address immediate family needs, including basic educational resources, initial healthcare expenses, or early-stage economic support.
- Cash grants for essential school supplies, tutoring services, or educational materials.
- Funding for primary care visits, basic medications, or preventive care.
- For initial job training or small emergency expenses.
- Basic documentation such as recent income statements or utility bills (less than 3 months old).
- Government-issued identification and Social Security number for verification.

Advancement Grants
The Advancement Grant offers significant cash grants for families seeking to achieve more substantial educational, health, or economic goals, such as comprehensive programs, advanced treatments, or small business investments.
- Cash grants for comprehensive courses, educational technology, or special programs.
- Funding for advanced treatments, specialist consultations, or significant medical procedures.
- For business start-up costs, significant job training, or career advancement programs.
- Detailed financial statements, proof of ongoing expenses, and evidence of how the grant will facilitate specific progress. Utility bills or statements should be less than 3 months old.
- Government-issued identification and Social Security number for verification.

Transformational Grants
Transformational partnerships may be extended or renewed at the board's discretion. Otherwise, the Grantee partner may reapply after two years.
- Unrestricted General Operating Support or Project or Program Grants
- Designed to develop and build capacity with established organizations seeking to move to the next level of operation, programmatic advancement, or systems change
- We hope that these grantee partners will become thought leaders in their identified field or sector
- Generally Multi-Year Grants
- Application process- LOI, interview, site visit, and if invited, a formal application, and a possible board presentation
- Formal quarterly meetings, and a written annual report
